The President-elect’s Shortest Day

The Solstices are the Earth’s planetary transition in our annual voyage around the Sun.

… the Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year.  From now on, our day’s lengthen until the Summer Solstice in June – the longest day of the year.  And then, like the tides, the trend reverses.

This is what U.S. President-elect Obama was doing during this Winter’s Solstice.   Given the shorter days, tee-times in Hawai’i must be harder to find.  An advantage to visiting Mexico over Hawai’i is for Mexico’s great golf course tee-times).

Golf – it’s whats for vacation!
